Services

The numbers, and the follow‑through

Wescot gives you reliable numbers, then makes sure the decisions they lead to actually happen. Every service answers at least one of the questions owners lose sleep over.

How the pieces fit

One loop, every month

  1. 01

    Know

Reliable numbers on a fixed day each month.

  2. 02

    Decide

A standing meeting where you and Marcie decide what to do about what the numbers show.

  3. 03

    Assign

Every decision becomes an action item with a named owner and a date, kept in your client portal.

  4. 04

    Follow through

A weekly scorecard and a short team meeting where owners report on their items.

  5. 05

    Check

Next month’s numbers show whether it worked, and the loop starts again.

Most of these services are delivered inside a monthly partnership rather than bought one at a time. Several are also available as fixed‑fee projects. Most owners start with the Clarity Assessment, which tells us which ones matter for you.

  • Growth and Funding Plan

A month‑by‑month forecast for the next 6 to 12 months, with “what if” versions for the decisions on the table, like a new hire or a second location. It shows how much growth the business can pay for itself and how much it would need to borrow.

The follow‑through

The rhythm, roles and processes that turn decisions into done.

Run the week

  • Weekly Scorecard and Meeting Rhythm

A short weekly scorecard and a simple meeting schedule: a weekly check‑in, a monthly numbers meeting and a quarterly planning session. Problems come up while they’re small, and decisions get made once. We set up the rhythm and run it with you until your team owns it.

Fix how work gets done

  • Process and Playbook Design

Your most important processes written down simply enough that a new hire can follow them, starting where money and work meet: quote to invoice to cash, purchasing to payment, payroll and month‑end. Work stops depending on the one person who “just knows.”

Organize the team

  • Clear Roles and Org Chart

A simple org chart and a one‑page card for each key role: what it owns, the numbers it’s measured on, and the decisions it can make without you. You stop being the answer to every question.

  • Capacity and Hiring Plan

A plan that shows when you’ll need your next hires, what they’ll cost, and when the business can afford them. You hire ahead of the need without hiring ahead of the cash.

Good to know

What we don’t do

We’d rather tell you now than surprise you later. For each of these, we’ll work with the person you already have or introduce you to someone we trust.

Day‑to‑day bookkeeping and payroll processing
We oversee your bookkeeper, set up the close and review the work each month.
Tax returns
We work alongside your tax CPA so year end goes smoothly.
Audits, reviews or compilations
Because we work inside your business as your advisor, we’re not independent of it. If your lender needs reviewed or audited statements, we’ll help you get ready for the independent CPA firm that does them.
Legal, HR or investment advice
Those go to your attorney, HR provider or financial advisor.
Recruiting, or running sales and field operations
We help you plan hires and set up the rhythm. Your managers run the work.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most owners aren’t. Tell us what’s keeping you up at night, and we’ll say plainly where we’d start.
