Where most clients start
Clarity Assessment: your numbers and your operations, scored
Fixed fee
A fixed‑fee review over two to three weeks. You get a one‑page scorecard, the issues that matter most, and a 90‑day roadmap you can act on with or without us.
The questions behind it
Which of the ten can you answer with confidence today?
The free self‑check is your own read on Marcie’s ten questions. The Clarity Assessment is Marcie’s read, built from your books and from conversations with you and your team. Each question gets a red, yellow or green rating and a one‑line reason.

Questions
Questions
Is this the same as the free self‑check?
No. The self‑check is your own read, in about two minutes. The Clarity Assessment is Marcie’s review of your actual books and operations, and it ends with a roadmap.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly partnership afterward?
No. The roadmap is yours to keep and use however you like. Some owners take it to their own team, and some ask us to help carry it out.
Is this an audit?
No. It’s an advisory review of how your business is running. It isn’t an audit, review or compilation of your financial statements, and it doesn’t provide assurance to a lender or anyone else.
