What you get
Weekly Scorecard and Meeting Rhythm
5 to 15 measures, each with an owner and a target. A weekly check‑in of 30 to 45 minutes, a monthly numbers meeting and a quarterly planning session, each with a standard agenda. Marcie runs the first few, then coaches you or a manager to run them.
Clear Roles and Org Chart
A current and a target org chart, a one‑page card for each key role, and a list of who decides what.
Playbooks for three core processes
Short, plain playbooks for the processes where money and work meet, like quote to invoice to cash, with controls built in where money moves.
An action list everyone can see
Every action item has an owner and a date, kept in your client portal.
Operations work, tied to the numbers
Our scorecard draws on the same numbers as your monthly dashboard, so the team’s weekly measures and your monthly results tell one story. We set up the rhythm and run it with you until your team owns it.
What it doesn’t include
This isn’t HR or employment-law advice. Questions about job classification, pay rules or terminations go to your HR provider or attorney. We don’t recruit, and we don’t run your sales or field teams.

No. It’s a lighter rhythm built around your numbers. If you already use EOS or a similar system, we’ll work within it.
Will my team push back?
Some meetings feel new at first. We keep them short, start on time, and make sure every one ends with clear next steps, which most teams come to appreciate.
What happens after 90 days?
Your team runs the rhythm. Some owners keep us on monthly to check in on it, and some don’t need to.
