How pricing works

One flat fee, agreed before we start

Your monthly fee depends on the size of your business, how many entities you have and how much operations support you want. We’ll give you a firm number after the assessment. It’s invoiced through QuickBooks on the 1st of each month, and you won’t be billed by the hour.

If your needs grow, we’ll talk about it at the quarterly check‑in before anything changes. Extra work is billed only when you’ve agreed to it in advance.

What sets your price

  • Revenue and transaction volume
  • Number of entities, properties or locations
  • The state of the books when we start
  • How often we meet, and how much operations work you want

One‑time projects

For a specific need

Each project has a fixed fee and a written scope, quoted after a short scoping conversation.

Cash Flow Quick Start
Your 12‑week cash view, built in two weeks and handed to your team.
Clean Books and a Reliable Monthly Close
Usually 30 to 90 days.
Controls and Fraud Protection Checkup
Two to three weeks.
Banker‑Ready Financial Package
For a specific loan, lease or bonding request.
Operations Tune‑Up
Scorecard, roles and three process playbooks, over about 90 days.
Capital Project Planning and Oversight
Planning for a fixed fee, and oversight as a monthly fee for the life of the project.

Terms in plain English

The fine print, without the fine print

  • Initial term

The first 90 days are an initial term, because that’s when we build the foundation. After that, it’s month to month with 30 days’ notice.

  • Billing

A flat fee invoiced in advance on the 1st, through QuickBooks. Assessments and projects are invoiced as agreed in the proposal.

  • Your decisions

You make every management decision. We don’t sign checks, approve payments or hold your bank logins with authority to move money.

  • Not included

Tax return preparation, audits or reviews of your financial statements, day‑to‑day bookkeeping, and legal or HR advice.

Questions

Questions

Why a flat fee instead of an hourly rate?

Because you shouldn’t have to think twice before calling us. A flat fee means you can ask the question when it comes up, not when you’ve saved up enough of them.

Is a monthly partnership cheaper than hiring a CFO?

For most growing businesses, yes, because you’re paying for part of a senior person’s month. The right comparison depends on your situation, and we’ll talk it through honestly on the call.

Can I change levels later?

Yes. We review the fit every quarter, and you can move up or down as the business changes.
